Shadows & Hue offers original artwork and made-to-order prints.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrives damaged or has a printing defect. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 days.
If something arrives damaged or doesn’t look right, please contact us within 7 days and include a few photos. We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Not eligible for return: items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or returns requested due to preference, sizing choices, or minor color variation between screens and print.
